I’m Paul Alaoui, founder of Viddy Well Creative, a creative marketing agency in Devon built on a simple belief: great marketing should sound like you.

With more than thirty years of experience in retail, marketing and content creation, I’ve developed a broad understanding of how businesses communicate with customers.
Over the years, I’ve worked in retail management, procurement, editorial leadership and content development. In addition, I’ve contributed to major film releases and written for trade publications, magazines and websites.
Before founding Viddy Well Creative, I spent many years running a successful retail business. Consequently, I understand both the creative and commercial challenges faced by independent companies.
Originally from London, I’ve called Devon home since 2011. Away from work, you’ll usually find me running across Dartmoor, travelling, cooking for my family or indulging my lifelong passion for cinema. I’m also the editor-in-chief of 5 Minute Film School, a passion project devoted to understanding film form.
